AACR Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) is the largest and most important scientific meeting covering the full spectrum of cancer research. Each year more than 15,000 participants from 60 countries gather to present and discuss basic, translational, and clinical research in every subdiscipline.

The 2005 Annual Meeting was the largest in the history of the AACR. Nearly 17,000 people gathered at the Anaheim Convention Center to participate in 450 sessions that featured over 5,800 abstract presentations and more than 400 invited speakers.
